Ingredients : Organically grown bitter fennel fruit (32%)*, organically grown aniseed fruit (20%)*, organically grown coriander fruit (12%)*, organically grown spearmint leaf*, organically grown West Indian lemongrass leaf, organically grown lemon verbena leaf*, organically grown marshmallow root*, organically grown fenugreek seed (2%)*, organically grown blessed thistle herb (2%)*.

Preparation : Pour 240ml freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

Dosage : Drink 3 to 5 cups daily. Sweeten with honey if desired.

CAUTIONS: Do not use if you have known allergies to aniseed, anethole or fennel or to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family such as blessed thistle.
