Nutrional Information.
Each capsule provides 1000mg of Flaxseed Oi, an excellent source of valuable fatty acids. It typically contains 58% of the omega-3 essential fatty acid, alpha linolenic acid,15% of the omega-6 essential fatty acid.linoleic acid and 17% of the omega-9 fatty acid, oleic acid.
Recommended Usage Rate
. 1 - 6 capsules per day with food.
