DIRECTIONS:

One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed recommended intake. Perfectil should only be taken on a full stomach.

A general multivitamin is not necessary in addition to Perfectil®. Perfectil® may be used for as long as required, and a regular intake is recommended.
