Lanes Quiet Life – 100 Tablets   

 

Quiet Life Tablets are a nervine which help nervous disorders, and a sedative which helps promote relaxation. They also contain B vitamins, a deficiency of which can cause nervous symptoms.   

 

DIRECTIONS: Adults and Children aged 12 and over: Swallow two tablets twice a day with water after meals, plus two tablets at bedtime. Three tablets may be taken at bedtime if required.

Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Motherwort Powder BHP 34.00mg, Hops Powder BHP 75.00mg, Passiflora Powder BHP 58.00mg, Lettuce Aqueous Powdered Extract rom 29.00mg, Valerian Dry Extract from 50.00mg, Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vit B1) EP 0.71mg, Riboflavin (Vit B2) EP 0.57mg, Nicotinamide EP 4.49mg

Also contains : Sucrose
