This mineral formula is presented in a base of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and malic acid (from cider vinegar) to aid absorption and utilisation. Calcium and magnesium are important minerals in the maintenance of bone health. Directions: As a food supplement, stir one rounded reaspoon into a small amount of water or juice and drink immediately. Best taken after evening meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional

Magnesium (oxide, citrate, amino acid chelate) 350mg
