• Vertese Flaxseed Oil 500mg capsules provide a minimum of 250mg of the Omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid.
• Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids which help maintain supple and flexible joints.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION.

One 500mg Flaxseed Oil Capsule typically provides:

Alpha-Linolenic Acid 250mg, Vitamin E 10mg.   

 

INGREDIENTS:

Flaxseed Oil, Capsule Shell (Modified Starch, Sorbitol, Maltitol, Glycerol, Emulsifier (Glyceryl Monostearate)), Vitamin E (dl-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate).   

 

DOSAGE :

Adults and children over 12 years: Swallow 1-2 caspsules a day, preferably with a meal. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
