Ingredients: Hibiscus, Orange Peel, Rosehips, Blackberry Leaves* (10.5%), Nettle Leaves (10%), Rosehips, Natural Raspberry Flavouring, Liquorice Root*, Natural Blackberry Flavouring (1.5%)

*All herbs are gently steamed, the process is gentle to protect their delicate taste

Brewing Instructions : Allow one teabag per person. Add freshly boiled water immediately to the bag and leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes according to taste. Can be drunk hot or cold. Add honey to sweeten, if preferred. Always drink without milk
