A carefully selected blend of camomile flowers combined with fruit and spices. A delicious night-cap drink to calm and unwind you at the end of the day.   

Ingredients:

Camomile (33%), Spearmint, Blueberry leaves (15%), Orange Blossom (12%), Lime Flowers (8%), Lemon Grass, Passion Flower Leaves (2%), Rosebuds, Rosehips.

Directions:
Place the filter bag in a cup, or in a warmed pot (one per person). Add boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes to bring out the full flavour. Add a spoonful of honey to taste if desired.
