Heath & Heather Camomile & Spearmint Herbal Infusions - 20 Bags    

The delicate flavour of camomile flowers blended with spearmint to produce a delicious soothing drink. An excellent way to calm down and unwind at any time of the day   

Ingredients:

Camomile (50%), Spearmint (50%)   

Directions:
Place the filter bag in a cup, or in a warmed pot (one per person). Add boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes to bring out the full flavour. Add a spoonful of honey to taste if desired.
