Health & Heather Nettle Herbal Infusion - 20 Bag

DETOXING - A light refreshing herbal drink to be enjoyed at any time of the day. Traditionally considered to be helpful in cleansing the circulatory saystem.     

Directions: Place the filter bag in a cup, or in a warmed pot (one per person). Add boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes to bring out the full flavour. Add a spoonful of honey to taste if desired.
